HALL is an almost 3-year-old white and brindle hound that arrived from the Caliente racetrack in June of 2021 with several other hounds, all named after Mt. Everest climbers. When Hall arrived he had a hookworm infection, which is currently being treated. Hall is a big, bouncy, happy boy who enjoys hanging out with volunteers.
You can help us save more dogs by becoming a sponsor. Many of our sponsor dogs are “special needs” greyhounds whose stay at our kennel may be longer than most requiring more resources to feed, medicate and provide other care. Becoming a sponsor is a great way to be a GAC “insider” and get to know some of the greyhounds you are helping. All it takes is a $20 (or more) monthly donation to be linked to one of our carefully chosen sponsor dogs. You’ll receive a monthly mailing complete with a photo of your dog and a detailed letter about all their activities. Once your dog finds a forever home, you’ll be the first to know! Below are photos of our latest sponsor dogs. Sponsors get to follow their exploits as they venture into the “outside world” thanks to weekly excursions with volunteers.
