In the latest email newsletter GAC announced that we’re $5,000 short of our goal to raise $30,000 celebrating our 30th anniversary, but that’s about to change — with your help!
Two anonymous donors have pledged $8,000 to match up to $8,000 given by others. That means that a $50 donation becomes $100. A $250 donation becomes $500. And, if we were to get $8,000 in donations before the end of the year, that would double to $16,000 — and that would put us $11,000 over our goal!
All of this money goes to the dogs, so to speak. It helps defray the cost of getting the dogs from the track to the kennel, taking care of any and all medical issues, microchipping, dental, spay and neutering, and housing and feeding (and loving!) them until we can find a forever home for each dog.
